Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall operation of the fintech associated companies in overseas and regularly report to CEO for further updates.
  • Travel overseas for business trips and report to CEO for important updates and ongoing in overseas’ associated companies.
  • Be the primary point of contact between Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and internal as well as external stakeholders.
  • Liaise professionally with business stakeholders and maintain good relationships with them.
  • Execute ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time by CEO.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 years of working experiences in the related field.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as organizational skills.
  • Able to liaise with diverse types of people at all levels effectively and professionally.
  • Proficient in English, Chinese and Malay in both written and verbal form.
  • Good computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Male candidate is preferred for the role.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-quality backend software systems with a strong focus on scalability, performance, and reliability.
  • Drive the architectural direction across backend services and ensure consistency in best practices across Java/Kotlin (Spring) and Node.js ecosystems.
  • Collaborate closely with frontend (ReactJS, VueJS) and mobile (Flutter) teams to deliver seamless, end-to-end product experiences.
  • Set technical direction and own the architecture for critical services and platforms.
  • Proactively identify technical debt and provide solutions for long-term improvements.
  • Lead and mentor backend engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and technical workshops, fostering a culture of continuous learning and engineering excellence.
  • Own production system health, implement robust monitoring, and drive incident resolution and root cause analysis.
  • Champion automation in build, testing, deployment, and monitoring pipelines to ensure fast, reliable, and repeatable delivery processes.
  • Balance hands-on coding with technical leadership duties, including system design and technical strategy planning.
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and deliver software features and improvements.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years in a technical leadership or lead engineer role.
  • Deep expertise in Java/Kotlin and the Spring ecosystem.
  • Experience with Node.js development is a strong plus.
  • Proven experience designing and scaling distributed systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, Software Architecture Patterns, TDD, CI/CD in Agile environments.
  • Deep understanding of Java and JVM internals (e.g., Classloading, Memory Management, Concurrency, Transaction Management).
  • Hands-on experience with Web Services (REST and/or SOAP), microservices architecture, and event-driven systems.
  • Strong database knowledge including relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and distributed or NoSQL systems.
  • Familiarity with frontend technologies (ReactJS, VueJS) and mobile app development (Flutter) is preferred.
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud-native application development is a plus.
  • DevOps and site reliability engineering (SRE) mindset preferred.

  • Optimize existing code and system architecture to improve performance, reliability, and scalability.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend systems using C.
  • Deep knowledge of C programming, including memory management, pointers, multithreading, and system-level programming.
  • Solid understanding of software engineering principles, including OOP (in C-compatible patterns), TDD, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with Linux/Unix system programming, including sockets, IPC, and multithreaded applications.
  • Familiarity with profiling, debugging, and performance tuning tools such as gdb, valgrind, strace, perf, etc.
  • Understanding of low-level system internals including the kernel, memory layout, and CPU architecture.
  • Experience with microservices or modular architectures is a plus.
  • Exposure to RESTful API design and interaction with backend services via protocols like HTTP, gRPC, or custom RPC mechanisms.
  • Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or key-value stores like Redis.
  • Familiarity with build systems and tools like Make, CMake, autotools, or similar.
  • Experience in DevOps practices, automation scripts, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle low-level debugging in production systems.
  • Proven ability to write clean, maintainable code with comprehensive documentation and test coverage.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

  • 4 to 7 years of real-world experience in cybersecurity.
  • Proven experience in anti-fraud systems, particularly in mobile security (APK protection and analysis).
  • Strong knowledge of application security principles, including secure coding, encryption, authentication, and authorization.
  • Hands-on experience with reverse engineering, obfuscation techniques, and tamper detection for APK security.
  • Proficiency in security testing methodologies, including penetration testing, SAST, and DAST.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Burp Suite, Metasploit, Frida, IDA Pro, or other reverse engineering tools.
  • Experience in implementing and managing security frameworks, such as OWASP, NIST, and ISO 27001.
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and other security technologies.
  • Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Python, Java, Kotlin, or C++.
  • Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
  • DevSecOps and CI/CD pipeline security experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to security threats.
  • Ability to write clear and maintainable documentation, security policies, and reports.

  • Support report preparation by tailoring content to managerial requirements
  • Assist in categorizing company expenditure
  • Assist in performing daily operations
  • Hands-on day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing documentation
  • Assist in providing support in handling tax and audit matters under supervision
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the seniors

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: Diploma, Degree in Finance/Accounts/Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in the said position but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Intermediate level in both Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English (Mandarin proficiency preferred)
