  • Manage the overall operation of the fintech associated companies in overseas and regularly report to CEO for further updates.

Job Brief:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated IT Junior Product Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising between our business and IT teams, ensuring that project requirements are clearly defined and facilitating the successful implementation of IT solutions.

  • Coordinate with various product management and tech team members in all phases of the product, from initial development to the end success of a social security system.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders by providing regular updates on product status to line managers.
  • Manage product budgets and expenses, ensuring cost efficiency of a social security system.
  • Proactively identify, assess and manage risks and issues that could impact product delivery and implement contingency plans to any product-related challenges.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of the social security system while meeting quality standards, adhering to industry best practices and complying with company policies.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Product Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
  • Additional certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum Master) are advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of product management.
  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT product management, with a proven experience of successfully managing and delivering a social security system in a software development environment.

Job Brief:

The Personal Driver is responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation services to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company, ensuring timely arrivals and departures to various locations. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion and excellent driving skills. This position may be required to work on rest days and public holidays (as and when required by CEO).

 

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Safe Transportation:
  • Drive CEO to and from meetings, appointments and other business-related events.
  • Ensure adherence to all traffic laws and company driving policies.
  • Always maintain the vehicle in clean and good working condition.
  1. Schedule Management:
  • Coordinate with CEO to plan routes and schedules.
  • Monitor traffic reports and adjust routes as necessary to avoid delays.
  1. Vehicle Maintenance:
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on the vehicle, including oil, water and tire checks.
  • Arrange for vehicle repairs and services as needed.
  1. Confidentiality and Professionalism:
  • Maintain confidentiality of CEO’s schedules, travel plans and discussions.
  • Always provide a high level of professionalism and courteous service in executing ad-hoc duties that may be assigned by CEO from time to time.
  1. Communication:
  • Communicate effectively with CEO and office staff regarding schedules, change or any issues that may arise.
  • Report any accidents, incidents or vehicle issues immediately to the appropriate personnel.

Job Requirements:

  • Valid Malaysian driving license with a clean driving record.
  • Previous experience as a professional driver, preferably for executives or high-level personnel.
  • Good vision and hearing for safe driving.
  • Knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and perform discretion.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work for flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and Public Holidays as needed.
